TIMESHEETS DUE 1/21
Timesheets for the January Payroll are on Wednesday, 1/21.

Please log into the NOVAtime application and complete your timesheet by the deadline below:

• Employees, please review and submit your timesheet to your supervisor by 5:00 pm, Wednesday, 1/21.
• **Please Note: If timesheets are due before the 21st of the month, make sure you have projected work hours through the 21st

• Supervisors, please approve all timesheets by 4:00 pm, Thursday 1/22.
• If you will be out during the timesheet review period, please make sure to delegate your staff to someone who can make changes and answer questions. We cannot move forward with the payroll process until all timesheets have been approved.

1. Contact your Supervisor or department’s Payroll Liaison first, as they are the primary points of contact for NOVAtime questions.
2. Access the NOVAtime Help utility while logged into the application.
3. If you still have questions, please email payroll@deschutes.org, and a Help Desk Ticket will be created for you.


REVIEW ACCRUAL HISTORY
To review your accrual balance(s), click on the three blue lines in the upper left corner of the login page

Navigate to: Attendance > Accruals > History

Steps to review balances:

1. Click on the grey plus sign next to accrual type

2. Click on grey plus sign next to year

To allow for future time off requests, anticipated accrual earnings are projected 15 months into the future.
